Today I simply want to emphasize the importance of nutrition in your life. You must eat a healthy, balanced diet (and you must EAT--no skipping meals, for ANY reason!) to maintain performance.
A study by the Journal of Health showed that students who obtained a proper amount of fruits, vegetables, fiber, and protein scored better on literacy tests than did those who ate more saturated fat and salt. In fact, it has been theorized that a healthy diet is even more important to performance than sex or parental income.
So you can actually improve your chances of college entry just by eating your 5-a-day?
