Dear Senior,

Many colleges give you the option to superstore your SAT/ACT scores. Or use score choice. Same thing. But wait, they AREN'T the same thing!

So what's the difference?

Superscore: You send multiple scores to your college of choice, and THE COLLEGE ADMISSIONS OFFICER will choose the highest score from each category, and sum them to create your superscore.

Score Choice: The COLLEGE BOARD gives you the option to choose whether or not you will submit a certain day's scores to colleges.

Which do you prefer? Both? Neither? Either way, make sure you aware that these are not the same! This will be important when it is time to press submit!

Best of luck!
