Dear Senior,
When you are stressed, your main concern tends not to be the healthiness of the food you are eating. Sometimes, you avoid meals altogether. However, this will only increase your stress. Make sure to eat a nutritious meal and keep your body energized and nourished. If you are exhausted and stressed, your body cannot remain strong and healthful. Additionally, as cliché as it may sound, you must also make sure to drink plenty of water. As I said, it is tremendously important to stay nourished.
